**UPDATE:** Due to an administrative oversight, the previous EGM resulted in a number of voting irregularities. The Board of Elders have determined that an additional EGM is necessary. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of members of the church has been called on 19 October 2008, starting at 10:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to arrange for members for the Nominating Committee for the 2009 deacon elections.

The annual general meeting for 2007/08 will be held on 30 November 2006, starting at 2:30 pm. The meeting will: - consider the financial report and budget - elect 5-7 deacons for 2009 - elect 1-2 additional elders If you are a church member, you are very much encouraged to attend.
