Crossfire changes meeting times: important information

From September, Crossfire will be moving from its normal time and location (Epping West Primary School 9:15am to 10:30am Sundays) to a more flexible timing during the week for one to two weeks of the program per month. This will occur until the end of the year 2004.

Read on for more details and an important letter to parents.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I would like to inform you that Crossfire fellowship group will be moving from its normal time and location (Epping West Primary School 9:15am to 10:30am Sundays) to a more flexible timing during the week for one to two weeks of the program per month. This will occur until the end of the year 2004.

To illustrate this change, our program may look like this:

DateLocationTime
Week 1 of MonthChurch hallFri 8:00-9:00
Week 2 of MonthEpping West PrimarySun 9:15-10:30am
Week 3 of MonthEpping West PrimarySun 9:15-10:30am
Week 4 of MonthFrank’s placeFri 8:00-9:30

This type of arrangement is helpful for building a culture where members may better share with one another in a free and casual environment. It will also provide opportunities to take part in different activities. Hopefully, such a change will encourage everyday Christian living by breaking the habit of a Sunday meeting.

I understand there maybe inconveniences with transportation but I would be happy to help arrange transportation. Also, if there is any feedback or suggestions as to the change or the future direction of Crossfire, please contact Keith Tang using this form.
