The annual general meeting for 2007/08 will be held on 30 November 2006, starting at 2:30 pm. The meeting will:

• consider the financial report and budget
• elect 5-7 deacons for 2009
• elect 1-2 additional elders

If you are a church member, you are very much encouraged to attend.
