Dear all,

I have been meaning to provide this update for some time, but things have prevented me from now.

Planning is well underway for next year. Next year we will have four leaders: Matt, Ka-shu, Alan and me. Both last week and this week we will be going through some training sessions with Alex, so that we can all be prepared for next year.

Please pray for these new leaders, as leading groups is not an easy thing. Pray that God would use them for his purposes.

We will be allocating people in groups later in November. We will try to keep the same people in the same groups, as we probably need a bit more time to develop the relationships formed this year. Sadly, because we are having one less groups next year, some people may end up moving around.

Thank you to those who have participated in the quick survey about increasing the frequency of meetings. It turns out that a lot of you are supportive of meeting more frequently. Now ultimately the frequency of meetings is up to the groups themselves, but I would strongly encourage all the groups to meet for Bible Studies at least fortnightly.
