An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of members of the church has been called on 11 October 2009. The purpose of the meeting is to:

• arrange for 2 members for the Nominating Committee for the 2010 deacon elections; and
• provide information on the strategy of the Youth Ministry in the short-medium term.
