As noted in my previous update, I was finalising names for our groups next year.

The “list” is attached. I would like to note a few points:

• As noted before, this is not a big overhaul of the groups. The reasons have been well explained in my previous note.

• However, there are still some changes. The main purpose is to balance out the numbers a little and to (hopefully) create groups which we can serve each other better. Hopefully your group leaders would have spoken to you already about these changes.

• Changes to groups are sad. We have built many wonderful relationships with our brothers and sisters and it’s sad that we won’t be meeting as regularly again. This is normal. Take time to “grieve”, and celebrate and thank God for the relationships that have been built. That’s why the new groups won’t be starting until February next year at the earliest.

• While the group leaders and I have talked a lot about how the new groups would fit together, there may still some mistakes in how we handle these things. Please let me know.

• As you may know, there is a possibility that there will be a new English Pastor next year. If that comes around, he and his wife will join one of our groups.
