To ensure that announcements in 5:01 are made in an orderly fashion, you will need to notify Kelvin Mo that you have an announcement to make.

You can do this easily using this form. If you log in, some of the boxes below will be filled out for you.

It would be appreciated that requests for announcements are made by the Wednesday of each week. This will allow time to coordinate all the announcements before the Sunday.

Please note that if there are a lot of announcements, you may not be able to get a slot on the Sunday. In this case, a slot will be arranged for you in the following Sunday(s).

Also, alternative arrangements may be suggested instead of making an announcement during the service, particularly if it’s more helpful given the nature of your announcement.
