- consider the financial report and budget
- elect 5-7 deacons for 2009
- elect 1-2 additional elders

UPDATE: Due to an administrative oversight, the previous EGM resulted in a number of voting irregularities. The Board of Elders have determined that an additional EGM is necessary.
An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of members of the church has been called on 19 October 2008, starting at 10:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to arrange for members for the Nominating Committee for the 2009 deacon elections.

If you are attending this year’s Church Camp, please see below for important information.
- Registration begins at 9:00 am on Friday 20 April. The programme will begin at 10:00 am.
- Departure is scheduled for 22 April at 2:30pm.
Things to bring:
- Please bring along bed sheet, pillowcase, quilt cover or sleeping bag, and towel.
- Personal amenities – e.g. toothbrush & toothpaste, soap, shampoo…
- Personal Medicine ( Both Adults & Kids )
