Work is a big part of all our lives. Sometimes we wish it wasn't as big a part as it is! Most of us spend more time at work most days than we do at home with our families or resting. It's a big part of our lives! Which makes it so important to consider what God says about it. That's what we are going to do this year at MKC. Helping us to do that will be Vaughan Roberts, Sam Chan, John Chapman and Ian Powell. So if you've ever struggled with balancing work and life and your relationship with God - plan to come along. It promises to be a helpful time.

Relationships are the stuff of life. They bring meaning and significance. Life's great joys are nothing without someone to share them with. And sorrow and pain find release in shared tears. We know the reality of these truths but we also feel the profound complexity of relationships. As much as relationships are crucial, they are also difficult. We long to have loving families but so often they are the places of discontent. We yearn for harmonious work-places but so often they are places of competition and gossip.

KYC 2005 is all about God's view of relationships. Why they are so important. Why we get them so mixed up. And why Jesus is God's wisdom for how to live in right relationships. We're all "Looking for Relationship" in some form or other. We need to hear God's wisdom so that we can be in Christ-like relationships. KYC is a great opportunity to come away in relationship with others from your church and learn about God's wisdom for our relationships.
