As God’s people, we are:

• Captivated by God himself.
• Captivated by God’s sovereign power and loving goodness.
• Captivated by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Captivated by God’s relationship with us.
• Captivated by God’s plans for the world.
• Compelled to be jealous for God’s glory.
• Compelled to put God above all things.
• Compelled to live as citizens of heaven.
• Compelled to pass the gospel onto nations and generations.
• Compelled to rest on God’s sovereignty over all things.
